How fast do you ship?

Orders leave within one to two business days and arrive with tracked US delivery, typically in three to six days depending on where you are.

What is your return policy?

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund to the original payment method. Start a return by emailing us and we send a label.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Card payments are processed over an encrypted, PCI-compliant connection. We never see or store your full card number.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet — we ship within the United States only for now.

A piece is not right for me — help?

Write us. We would rather get you into the right piece than have you keep the wrong one.
